Kidney update - first pain in a while

My right kidney is getting angry. This is bad timing, because we are moving/driving to California in a little less than a month. Tomorrow, if I can remember, I'm going to set up my stupid ultra sound appt. I don't want to do this. I'd rather have a ct scan. Right now, and long before the pain started, if someone touched my back with a little pressure in the area of my kidney, I'd have immediate throbbing pain, and it would last a minute or so.

I really need to be healthy for this move. As soon as we settle in CA, my husband will be off to Japan. This sucks.
